Currently, on our catalog, the cheapest drone you can rent is the DJI Mavic 3 for only 100 EUR a week. The DJI Matrice 300 RTK, including all necessary equipment, currently costs 1.800 EUR. The rental price always depends on the value of the product. On average, renting a drone is 40% cheaper than buying one.

Depending on the rental service, you may need a valid pilot’s license, proof of insurance, and/or a background check. Additionally, some rental services may require some experience flying drones. Drone-rental.com requires every pilot to have a valid EU A2 license. Expired or provisional licenses will not be accepted. And as for the insurance, we ask you to hold comprehensive general liability insurance (including product liability) during the rental period. Drone-Rental.com must receive a certificate of insurance before any equipment is shipped.

The minimum rental period is seven days, but you can rent a drone or a drone fleet for as long as you need. You can only book up to a week before your required rental period starts. That way, we secure that the drone or equipment gets to you in time, and the rental period only starts when you have received the products. You need to return the devices latest on the last day of your rental period by postal service.  You can find your return labels already in the shipment. So please keep them for the return.

In the case of a breakdown or mechanical difficulties, please inform us about it. Our customer support will get back to you as quickly as possible. You must hold comprehensive general liability insurance (including product liability) during the rental period. Drone-Rental.com must receive a certificate of insurance before any equipment is shipped. If you damage a drone, your insurance will take over, and you will be protected per the terms of your contract.

Yes, there are. You are not allowed to fly our drones in no-fly zones. Please make yourself familiar with the area you plan to fly beforehand. Please, also note that every pilot flying within the European Union must have a valid EU A2 license. When you rent a drone with Drone-Rental.com, you will need to provide proof of your valid pilot license. Expired or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
